Family Solutions offers a comprehensive range of mental health services for children and families, from early intervention to intensive residential treatment. Their philosophy focuses on preserving family integrity and building on inherent strengths by guiding families in identifying and implementing solutions. The organization aims to support children and youths in the least restrictive environment possible.

Family Solutions provides various services including in-home crisis counseling, protective parenting, and skills training through their Strengthening, Preserving, and Reunifying Families (SPRF) Program, a collaboration with DHS and allied treatment providers. They also offer an intensive five-day-a-week Psychiatric Day Treatment program in Ashland and Grants Pass, designed for children with severe emotional and behavioral issues. This program includes individual, group, and family therapy, skills building, and recreational activities, allowing children to remain at home while receiving intensive care.

The Proctor Care Program supports children with severe issues through community-based treatment, offering individualized therapy, skills training, and respite care for foster parents. The Crisis Respite program, developed in partnership with Options for Southern Oregon, provides a nurturing environment to help youth avoid unnecessary hospitalizations. Additionally, the Community-Based Residential Treatment Program at Cascade House offers a residential setting with comprehensive services for adolescents aged 11 to 17.

Family Solutions also engages in School-Based Counseling, partnering with local school districts to provide on-site support and case management for at-risk students. This service integrates with the educational team to address the needs of children in the least restrictive setting.
