OnTrack Rogue Valley offers comprehensive outpatient treatment services for substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders, tailored to meet the unique needs, strengths, and goals of each individual. Our programs are person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed, family-centered, and culturally responsive, ensuring that every client receives the highest level of care in a supportive and respectful environment.

We are committed to accessibility and inclusivity, with services provided in both English and Spanish, and a sliding fee scale available to ensure that no one is denied access to care due to an inability to pay. Our treatment programs, available in Jackson and Josephine Counties, cover various levels of care according to the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), including early intervention, outpatient care, intensive outpatient treatment, and partial hospitalization/day treatment for severe, persistent mental illness and substance use disorders.

Our new Recovery 360 program, launched in the summer of 2023, offers a day treatment/partial hospitalization option for individuals with severe mental illness, substance use disorders, and forensic involvement. This program provides 35 hours a week of structured activities, including physical exercise, mindfulness, art, and treatment groups. Recovery 360 is a collaborative effort with Jackson County Mental Health, Jackson County Community Justice, Compass House, and Paradigm Mental Health and Wellness, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery.

With flexible evening and Saturday hours, our outpatient services are designed to accommodate the needs of working families, making it easier for individuals to access the support they need to achieve wellness and recovery. We accept all major insurance plans and offer assistance with the Oregon Health Plan (OHP).
