The Adult Recovery Program at CFD offers a comprehensive outpatient treatment approach to address substance use recovery, recognizing it as a transformative process aimed at enhancing health and wellness, fostering self-directed living, and reaching one's full potential. We employ a client-centered, strength-based method to help individuals implement healthy lifestyle changes, supported by a team of highly trained substance use treatment specialists.

In addition to our standard recovery services, CFD provides affordable DUII (Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants) services. This program meets state, court, and DMV requirements for individuals with diversion or conviction statuses. The DUII program is a minimum 12-week course that includes individual, group, and family therapy, with urinalysis as part of the treatment process. Our strength-based approach facilitates the identification and implementation of lifestyle changes necessary for successful program completion. Participants must meet Oregon Administrative Rules to complete the program, and CFD issues certificates of completion to the Oregon DMV. Those with out-of-state DUII offenses must also comply with Oregon’s requirements.

Our services include comprehensive ASAM drug and alcohol assessments, co-occurring disorder services, recovery skills training, peer support, relapse prevention planning, opioid-specific recovery support, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), substance use education, and collaboration with legal systems. Coverage is available through Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and various private insurance carriers, with a self-payment option and financial support for eligible individuals. Our goal is to provide effective, individualized support throughout the recovery journey.
