At Serenity Lane, we offer comprehensive DUII services tailored to meet your needs with flexibility and support. Our facility, certified by the State of Oregon (Oregon Health Authority Health Systems Division), is dedicated to providing effective treatment and education for those facing DUII citations. We admit clients seven days a week, with the option for same-day admissions, and accept most insurance plans.

Our services include two levels of outpatient programming designed to cater to varying needs. Level I Outpatient care consists of weekly 1.5-hour group counseling sessions that help clients manage stress and navigate the challenges of early recovery. These sessions are conveniently located close to the client's community, ensuring accessibility and support.

For those requiring more intensive care, our Level II Intensive Outpatient Program offers a rigorous ten-week regimen. This program includes group therapy, individual counseling, and educational sessions about substance use disorders. Treatment groups meet three times a week for three-hour sessions at our outpatient clinics across multiple locations, including Albany, Bend, Eugene, Roseburg, Salem, Portland-SouthWest, and Portland-SouthEast.

Our team of experienced, certified alcohol and drug counselors is committed to providing personalized support to help you achieve and maintain recovery. At Serenity Lane, we are here to assist you every step of the way, ensuring a path to recovery that fits your needs and schedule.
