ShelterCare offers specialized outpatient behavioral health services designed to assist individuals struggling with mental health issues, particularly those affected by trauma or stress from being unhoused. We aim to reduce mental health symptoms, improve interpersonal relationships, and equip clients with skills to manage stress and develop healthier life habits. Additionally, our services help individuals understand their behavioral patterns and connect them with essential community resources. ShelterCare's program is available to members of the Oregon Health Plan, with limited scholarships offered for those who are uninsured.
