The Siletz Tribal Substance Use Treatment Program offers comprehensive support to Siletz tribal members and their families struggling with alcohol and drug abuse. The program, also available to other community members based on admission criteria, provides individualized services determined by an ASAM assessment. Licensed by the State of Oregon’s Department of Human Services, the program offers a range of outpatient services, including minority-specific services, DUII rehabilitation, prevention services, and more.

The program operates on the belief that alcoholism, chemical dependency, and other addictions are progressive illnesses that can have severe emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual impacts if left untreated. The staff is committed to delivering culturally relevant treatment that respects the dignity and diversity of each individual.

Services provided include thorough evaluations and assessments, individual and group counseling, family treatment, and alcohol and drug education. Specialized services such as cultural and traditional counseling, adolescent treatment, women-specific treatment, and recreational therapy are also available. The program emphasizes continuous improvement and is dedicated to helping individuals overcome substance use challenges through personalized, respectful, and culturally sensitive care.
