South Lane Mental Health is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families in Cottage Grove, OR, and South Lane County. Recognizing that mental health challenges can affect people of all ages and backgrounds, we offer a range of therapeutic options, including intensive services, outpatient therapy, and recovery programs.
For adults and couples, our counselors employ a variety of techniques such as trauma-informed therapy, cognitive therapy, Neurofeedback, EMDR, and group therapy to address issues like depression, PTSD, trauma, abuse, and anxiety. Our goal is to offer compassionate and effective treatment to help individuals and families navigate their mental health journeys.
We also provide Intensive Outpatient Support Services (IOSS) specifically designed to offer additional behavioral support to youth and families. IOSS acts as a “wrap-around service,” collaborating with care providers, teachers, doctors, and other relevant services to support youths exhibiting risky behaviors or facing challenges that jeopardize their safety or well-being. This program offers skills training, education, and case management alongside standard therapy to address issues such as severe depressive symptoms, suicidality, and difficulties in maintaining classroom attendance.
