Welcome to the Sponsors Health & Wellness Program, where we provide comprehensive support tailored to meet the unique health and wellness needs of each participant. Our program features a variety of services including Peer Wellness Support, Behavioral Health and Group Programming, and specialized Recovery Services. We are dedicated to connecting individuals with the resources they need within the community, ensuring they have active health insurance, a primary care physician, and a solid support plan upon leaving our program.
Our trauma-informed services are designed to address a wide range of needs and include assistance with Oregon Health Plan enrollment and benefits, locating a primary care provider, and support with transportation to health appointments. We also offer skill-building and problem-solving classes, harm reduction education, public health initiatives, and individual therapy, with a focus on specialized treatment for trauma. Additionally, our program includes life skills training and comprehensive recovery services to support sustained health and wellness.
