Our Adult Outpatient Addiction Services provide comprehensive, integrated support to individuals in recovery, offering hope and assistance tailored to each client’s unique needs. We serve clients transitioning from residential programs, tribal communities across the U.S., and those referred by local partners. To ensure accessibility, we offer services throughout the day and evening, with weekend on-call support provided by Certified Recovery Mentors. Childcare is available during appointments, and we take a strengths-based approach to treatment.

Our services include assessment and evaluation, individualized and collaborative service planning, and a variety of counseling options—individual, family, and group. We offer specialized groups, including gender-specific and Two Spirit/LGBTQ+ recovery support, as well as traditional ceremonies and parenting support. Our programs also cover DUI rehabilitation, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and gambling addiction treatment, with wraparound services available for parents involved with Family Court. Clients can access physical and mental health services, peer-based recovery support, and outreach services, including telehealth.

Our staff is guided by a Cultural Advisor who ensures cultural competence in our programming. Our team includes master’s level counselors, Certified Alcohol Drug Counselors (CADC), Certified Gambling Addiction Counselors (CGAC), psychologists, and recovery support members. We collaborate with local colleges and universities to provide internships, and we offer referrals to mental health therapists, psychiatrists, and medical professionals. Our program is licensed by the State of Oregon to provide outpatient addiction and mental health services for all ages, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality care in their recovery journey.
