At New Narrative, we partner with individuals to craft personalized care plans that address their unique mental health needs. Our approach involves a comprehensive range of services including medication management, case management, individual and group therapies, and skills training. We prioritize the individual's input in designing a treatment plan that aligns with their goals, believing that those in care are best positioned to guide their own path to wellness.

In our mental health outpatient services, the initial intake meeting is crucial in determining if New Narrative is the right fit for the individual. During this assessment, we establish a tailored care team that may include a clinician, case manager, peer support, psychiatrist, or nurse, depending on the participant’s needs. With the participant's consent, we collaborate with their existing medical, addiction, or social service teams and connect them to additional community resources, support groups, and providers. This holistic and integrated approach ensures that participants receive the comprehensive support they need to achieve their mental health objectives.
