What to Expect During In-Person Counseling
Upon completing your admission and assessment, you will collaborate with your Care Team to create a personalized treatment plan and schedule. The level of care you receive will be tailored to your needs and may fall into one of several categories:
High-Intensity Outpatient Treatment: Also known as day treatment or partial hospitalization, this level involves intensive therapy sessions, typically meeting five to seven days a week for up to six hours a day. It is ideal for those starting treatment or transitioning from inpatient care.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment: This program requires attendance four days a week, combining group and individual sessions to provide comprehensive support.
Low-Intensity Outpatient Treatment: Designed as a transitional phase, this level of care involves less frequent programming and focuses on supporting clients as they move towards more self-managed recovery.
After Care Groups: Held weekly, these groups are facilitated by licensed counselors and are intended for clients who have completed previous treatment programs. They provide ongoing support to reinforce sobriety as clients reintegrate into daily life.
Benefits of Outpatient Care: Outpatient services offer the flexibility to continue with everyday responsibilities while receiving necessary treatment. The commitment typically involves several days a week, with varying session lengths depending on the program level.
Candidates for Outpatient Services: Ideal candidates include those who have completed detox and inpatient services or those living in a safe, supportive, drug-free environment.
We are dedicated to supporting your journey to recovery.
