At HOPE, we offer a holistic outpatient experience designed to help you define and achieve your personal success. Our services, available to adults 18 and over, provide comprehensive support tailored to your individual needs. Whether you are dealing with substance use, mental health challenges, trauma, domestic violence, or problem gambling, our team is here to assist you with compassion and expertise.

We offer a range of services including assessments and evaluations, both in English and Spanish, to identify your needs and develop a personalized treatment plan. Our group and individual counseling sessions are designed to support your journey with both educational and process-oriented approaches. In addition, our mentoring and case management services connect you with resources for housing, employment, and other essential support, guided by the real-life experiences of our mentors.

Our DUII resolution services assist with navigating legal issues related to DUI charges, while our naturopathic health evaluations and medication management ensure a comprehensive approach to your health. We also offer Medication Assisted Therapy in partnership with Recovery Works NW and supportive housing through our Home Based Recovery programs.

For those struggling with problem gambling, we provide targeted counseling for individuals and their families. Our interpersonal recovery program addresses drug and alcohol use as well as abusive behaviors, helping you develop new skills and accountability.

At HOPE, we believe in the power of compassionate support and are committed to helping you rebuild and transform your life. No referral is necessary—hope and help are always within reach.
