At Yellowhawk, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to support mental health and substance use recovery through a culturally sensitive and holistic approach. Our Behavioral Health services include Auricular Acupuncture (Acudetox), which is integrated into our diverse treatment options. We provide culturally focused prevention programming, events, activities, and training to address community needs effectively. Our DUII Program, licensed by the State of Oregon, is tailored to support individuals impacted by impaired driving.

Our specialized programs include the K’usiinmí Tawtnúkt “Horse Medicine” Program and the Neqce?éce Qapšqapšnáawit “Family Strength” Program, which offer unique approaches to healing and family support. For individuals seeking outpatient mental health therapy, we provide services for children, youth, adults, and families, including walk-in crisis response, pediatric tele-psychiatry, adult psychiatric medication management, and peer support. Our peer recovery mentoring services further enhance support for those in recovery.

The Pinánayḱukt “Gathering Oneself Together” Program offers a Sober Transitional House to aid in the transition to a sober lifestyle. We also address problem gambling through support, education, and prevention efforts. Our school-based mental health therapy services cater to children and youth, while our trauma-informed outpatient services encompass treatment, awareness, prevention, and outreach for both mental health and substance use disorders. At Yellowhawk, our integrated approach ensures comprehensive care for all community members.
