Integrated Health Clinics

Integrated Health Clinics provides a comprehensive array of outpatient services designed to address drug and alcohol dependency. Our primary services include behavioral health screenings, assessments, and evaluations to tailor treatment to individual needs. We offer drug and alcohol testing, breathalyzers, and medication monitoring, alongside Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and relapse prevention planning. Our approach incorporates trauma-informed care and offers individual, group, couples, and family counseling. We also provide DUII rehabilitation and information, prevention education, and intervention/outreach services.

In addition to these core services, we support aftercare and continuing care planning to ensure sustained recovery. For our Spanish-speaking clients, we offer services in Spanish to enhance accessibility and support. Additional services include coordination of care with medical, mental health, and community resources, as well as referrals for educational, vocational, and other ancillary services. We also provide physical examinations, HIV screening and counseling (CDC trained), TB testing, hepatitis screening, and a mentoring program.
