Cascadia provides comprehensive substance use disorder (SUD) services for both adults and youth, focusing on outpatient care. Our services include individual therapy led by professional counselors who assist clients in coping with past trauma, understanding the effects of substances, preventing relapse, and developing healthy relationships. In addition, we offer DUII education, diversion, and conviction services to help individuals meet legal requirements.

Our SUD services for adults are available at all our locations, while services for youth are exclusively offered at our Woodland Park Health Center. Our locations include Garlington Health Center, Plaza Health Center, Talbert Health Center, and Woodland Park Health Center, all based in the Portland area.

Cascadia also offers Medication Supported Recovery (MSR), also known as Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), as part of our SUD treatment options. This service is available for individuals dealing with opioid or methamphetamine use. We combine medication with counseling to provide holistic support throughout the recovery process. For those who may require a higher level of care, we work closely with community partners for appropriate referrals. Additionally, individuals in our residential and supportive housing programs can access MSR through our health centers.

Cascadia is committed to helping individuals achieve recovery through accessible and compassionate care. We welcome direct calls and referrals from other organizations to connect clients with the support they need.
