Fora Health’s DUII program is designed to provide accessible and effective support for individuals facing DUII (Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants) charges. As an Oregon State Certified DUII services provider, Fora Health offers affordable treatment options that work with most insurance plans, including Oregon Health Plan partners. The program features flexible class schedules with daytime, evening, and weekend sessions to accommodate busy lifestyles. Located in Downtown Portland and Hillsboro, Fora Health provides various levels of DUII treatment services, including those required for diversion or conviction programs.

The outpatient treatment at Fora Health is tailored to meet individual needs, allowing participants to pursue their recovery goals without the need for overnight stays. With personalized treatment plans that include one-on-one therapy and optional group sessions, the program offers flexibility with counseling ranging from 1 to 8 hours per week, plus expanded hours and limited telehealth options. The treatment approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based, ensuring compassionate care while employing proven methods for growth and change.

Fora Health also addresses co-occurring mental health issues, such as anxiety or depression, through specialized dual-diagnosis counseling. Additionally, participants can benefit from Peer Recovery Mentor and Family Therapy services, which provide community support, life skills development, and strengthen family relationships to support long-term recovery. With a focus on both individual and family needs, Fora Health’s program supports clients in building healthier relationships with drugs and alcohol while navigating their path to recovery.
