Solutions Group NW is dedicated to providing low-barrier addiction treatment to underserved communities, focusing on both substance use disorders and problem gambling. Our mission is to ensure that every client receives access to necessary treatment programs, with financial assistance available through various funding sources. We are committed to cultural competency, particularly in serving the LatinX community, and our diverse staff reflects this principle.
Our services encompass a range of treatment options including substance use disorder and problem gambling programs, as well as drug testing. As a State of Oregon approved DUII provider, we offer comprehensive DUII treatment and education, including weekend programs to accommodate full-time work schedules. We accept Oregon Health Plan (CareOregon, Trillium, Yamhill, and OpenCard) and most private insurance plans, and utilize grant funding to support qualifying clients.
Each client benefits from a thorough bio-psycho-social assessment to tailor individualized care, baseline urine drug screening, and both group and individual therapy. Our solutions-focused approach includes relapse prevention education, helping clients develop personalized plans for early sobriety. We also support families affected by chemical dependency, providing education and resources to foster healthy communication and support.
