Anderson Oconee Behavioral Health Services is dedicated to evolving with the needs of our clients and the communities we serve. Our comprehensive system integrates public, private, and social sectors to deliver a full continuum of behavioral health services aimed at achieving successful outcomes for our clients.

Our philosophy acknowledges the significant impact of alcohol, tobacco, and drug use on individuals, families, communities, and workplaces. We offer a range of services tailored to individual needs, with a focus on early identification, responsive service, personalized treatment, and flexible care. Our goal is to help clients return to productive lives as swiftly as possible.

For those dealing with DUI or DUAC convictions, Anderson Oconee provides assistance in meeting the requirements of the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV). When a driver’s license is suspended, either due to a DUI conviction or refusal of a breath, urine, or blood test, enrollment in the Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program (ADSAP) is mandatory to regain driving privileges. Our services support drivers in completing ADSAP education and counseling, addressing both administrative and legal requirements to restore their licenses.

Additionally, for repeat offenses or arrests post-October 1, 2014, an ignition interlock device may be required. Enrollment in ADSAP also involves providing a current 10-year driving record, a picture ID, and a $250 assessment fee. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. Our commitment is to guide clients through this process and help them regain their driving privileges while addressing their behavioral health needs.
