At our organization, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for youth, adults, families, and communities affected by substance use. We offer DUI Relicensing Services designed to assist individuals in regaining their driving privileges after a DUI or implied consent offense. The requirements for license reinstatement vary based on individual circumstances, with costs ranging from $500 to $2,500. Participants are required to undergo a clinical assessment through the Alcohol, Drug, and Safety Action Program (ADSAP), which evaluates the degree of impairment and risk. This assessment guides the provision of necessary educational or therapeutic services. Depending on court convictions, individuals may be mandated to attend a 16-hour educational class, or undergo treatment in an inpatient facility for 2 to 30 days, or participate in outpatient counseling. The ADSAP requirements are tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate level of intervention to achieve their goal of license reinstatement.
