Westview offers comprehensive outpatient services to individuals covered by Medicaid or Medicare, as well as those who may become recipients. Financial assessments are used to determine a client’s ability to pay for services, ensuring that fees are based on a uniform procedure. No service is denied if a client is unable to pay. The Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program (ADSAP) is available for those convicted of DUI, adhering to South Carolina’s legal requirements and certified by the SC Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Services.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) supports employers by identifying and referring employees who need help with issues affecting their job performance. EAP services include assessment, intervention, case management, and follow-up, tailored to the specific needs of the employer. This program helps reduce turnover and boost morale by addressing workplace issues effectively.

Westview also participates in a quarterly Interagency Treatment Team meeting, collaborating with local, state, and private agencies to address clinical service delivery and complex cases. Additionally, drug testing services are available both individually and through EAP agreements.

For individuals, couples, and families dealing with various behavioral and substance abuse problems, Westview’s outpatient program offers a range of therapeutic services. The student assistance services provide a holistic approach, including observation, structured activities, and counseling. The internship program allows undergraduate and graduate students to gain valuable experience in treatment and intervention, supported by comprehensive supervision and instruction.
