Welcome to Healthy U Behavioral Health Services, where we understand that seeking help for substance use can be a challenging decision. Many individuals approach us with a mix of emotions, including worry, financial concerns, guilt, and shame. Our mission is to support you through this process by offering guidance and education to help you understand substance use behaviors and their impact on both yourself and your loved ones.
Our services include the South Carolina Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program (ADSAP), a state-wide initiative designed for individuals who have been cited for substance-related driving offenses. To regain driving privileges, individuals must complete ADSAP, which provides education and treatment tailored to their unique needs. Each participant undergoes a personal assessment to determine the necessary steps for reducing future risks related to substance use. The duration of the program varies based on individual treatment recommendations, progress, and fee payments, all of which must be completed within one year of enrollment. Additionally, out-of-state DUI offenders are welcome to join the program but should first consult the DMV in their state of offense for specific license reinstatement requirements, as these may differ from South Carolina’s regulations.
