Williamsburg County Behavioral Health, provided by Circle Park, is proud to announce the opening of its new facility, which now offers a comprehensive range of services for individuals struggling with alcohol and other drug abuse issues. This expansion allows the center to provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), which may include additional support such as qualification for gas cards and medication payment assistance, to better serve the community's needs.
In addition to MAT, the center provides both individual and group counseling options, tailored to meet the diverse needs of its clients. For those dealing with the repercussions of driving infractions, ADSAP (Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program) services are available to assist in the recovery of driving privileges. Furthermore, the center emphasizes family and adolescent counseling, recognizing the importance of supportive services for all family members.
Peer support groups are also a critical component of the treatment and recovery process offered at Williamsburg County Behavioral Health. These groups provide a platform for sharing experiences and support, facilitating a community-based approach to recovery. The newly opened facility is located at the Chavis Complex, 2811 S. State Highway 41-51 in Hemingway, SC, and is designed to provide a comprehensive, supportive environment for recovery. This initiative reflects Circle Park’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the health and well-being of the community by addressing substance use and its related challenges.
