Our DUI School in Nashville, TN, offers a curriculum designed to help individuals address alcohol- and drug-related issues, particularly for those with legal violations such as impaired driving, possession, or workplace policy breaches. The program focuses on raising awareness of personal values, risks, and protection measures through self-assessment. This helps participants understand and modify attitudes and beliefs to reduce future risks associated with substance use.
In addition, we provide a comprehensive 12-week Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), tailored to support individuals struggling with addiction. Our IOP utilizes a person-centered, strength-based approach, integrating evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. The program includes individual and group counseling, educational groups, and therapies like Seeking Safety and SMART Recovery. Participants are equipped with practical tools to manage cravings and triggers, improve communication, enhance their understanding of recovery, and foster stronger relationships. Our goal is to empower individuals with the skills needed to maintain lasting recovery and lead healthier lives.
