At BRS, we offer DUI School, Alcohol & Drug Education, and Prime for Life programs, which are designed to fulfill court-mandated education requirements for individuals facing DUI offenses or other drug and alcohol-related charges. These programs can also be taken proactively, sometimes recommended by attorneys, to help prevent future legal issues. In Tennessee, the Prime for Life curriculum is mandatory for DUI offenders, including those convicted of DWI or similar offenses. Our classes typically range from 12 to 24 hours, depending on the requirements, and include a Victim’s Impact panel to enhance awareness of the consequences of impaired driving. Classes are offered once a month, typically on Saturdays, with extended hours on Sundays for longer sessions.

We offer flexible pricing based on the length of the class, with additional fees for virtual attendance via Zoom. While insurance does not cover the cost of these programs, we strive to provide affordable options. Enrollment can be completed online, with assistance available to reserve a spot. Our classes are educational rather than treatment-based, making them suitable for those facing first-time DUI charges or non-violent drug offenses.
