NASHVILLE DUI CENTER is a voluntary, alternative sentencing program for offenders charged with DUI, reckless endangerment, or reckless driving. We offer an environment where clients can serve out their time without being exposed to the criminal element that exists in correctional facilities. This will help to alleviate overcrowding of jails and save taxpayers money. We provide a safe, educational space for offenders to be able to serve their time and reflect on their mistakes as well as the impact those mistakes have on society as a whole.
We are conveniently located in the heart of Nashville, TN, and serving Davidson County, Cheatham County, Dickson County, Maury County, Rutherford County, Williamson County, and Wilson County. This is an early intervention program that provides screening, assessment, and education for those charged with driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, reckless endangerment, or reckless driving.
This program helps individuals who want their drivers license reinstated and are court ordered to participate in a DUI education program, as well as offering a licensed facility alternative to DUI jail sentencing.
