At Gulf Coast Trades Center (GCTC), a private non-profit educational institution, we are committed to empowering disadvantaged and adjudicated youth to achieve economic independence and social well-being. Recognizing the pervasive impact of substance abuse on this population, we have established a comprehensive program to address this critical issue. Our onsite professionals and caseworkers collaborate to provide students with effective techniques and support to overcome substance abuse-related challenges. We offer individual and group counseling sessions, supplemented by expert psychiatric and psychological services, to ensure a holistic approach to addressing these obstacles. By tackling substance abuse, we aim to equip our students with the tools and resilience needed to succeed in life and reach their full potential.
