Ms. Polo's journey began with an advanced degree from the University of Puerto Rico, and she has continued to expand her skill set through advanced studies at institutions such as UNT, UTD, and ICDS. As a licensed counselor, she holds certifications in various areas, including Chemical Dependency Counseling, Trauma and PTSD therapy, EMDR, and more.
