Welcome to the Hill Country Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (HCCADA), your certified provider for the Drug Offender Education Course as mandated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). Our program is designed for individuals aged 18 and older who have received a citation or arrest for drugs and are required to attend by a Court, Judge, or University.

At HCCADA, we offer two convenient class options to accommodate your schedule and preferences. Our in-person class, priced at $150, consists of a 15-hour course spread over 5 classes, held from 3:00pm to 6:00pm over five consecutive days, Monday through Friday. These classes take place at our facility located at 102 Business Dr., Kerrville, TX 78028.

For those seeking a virtual alternative, we offer a live-virtual (online) class priced at $90. This option also consists of a 15-hour course, conducted over 5 classes from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, held Wednesday through Sunday. Classes are conducted via Zoom, and participants must have access to a computer or phone with a working camera and microphone, as well as access to wifi.

To register for either class option, participants must pay in advance. We accept both cash and credit card payments, and all sales are final with purchase. Registration for class closes at 12:00pm the Tuesday before the first class. In the event that we do not have at least 6 people registered, the class may be canceled, and participants will be notified in advance.

For any questions or further information, please feel free to reach out to us via email at Services@hccada.org, by phone at (830) 367-4667, or by sending us a message. We're here to support you on your journey towards rehabilitation and personal growth.
