Welcome to Substance Abuse Personal Support Services, where we offer the Drug Offender Education Program (DOEP) to individuals in need of education and support on their journey towards recovery. Our DOEP program is a standardized course consisting of 15 hours of comprehensive education designed to increase awareness of the dangers of drug abuse and associated illegal activities.
