Please note that on the first day of class, we cover pre-test assessments and intake paperwork completion. Timely attendance on the first day is crucial, as failure to report on time will necessitate registration for another Texas DWI intervention course.

Our DOEP course spans 15 hours over five days, with classes held online on Monday through Friday, each session lasting three hours. This schedule ensures accessibility for participants, with classes conducted on a weekly basis.

According to Section 521.371-521.377 of the Texas Transportation Code, individuals convicted of misdemeanor or felony drug offenses face an automatic six-month license suspension. To reinstate their license, completion of an education program approved by TCADA on the dangers of drug abuse is mandatory. Failure to complete the program results in indefinite license revocation until the Texas DOEP Class is successfully finished.
