The Texas Drug Offender Education Program (TDOEP) is a state-approved education program designed for individuals convicted of minor or felony drug crimes. As required by the Texas Transportation Code, successful completion of this program is necessary to reinstate a suspended driver's license. Our TDOEP classes are offered in both online and in-person formats, with small group sizes (4-6 students) to ensure a safe and comfortable learning environment.
The program consists of 15 hours of instruction, divided into 3 hours per day for 5 days, with morning and evening classes available. We offer flexible scheduling, with classes held every 2-3 weeks. To register, please provide your driver's license number, court-order paperwork, Social Security number, and case number. The program fee is $125 for in-state participants and $155 for out-of-state participants. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate that meets the requirements for license reinstatement.
