Welcome to A L TURNER ACADEMIC INTERVENTION, your trusted resource for meeting legal education requirements in Texas.

DWI Basic Education Program:

Are you facing a first-time DWI conviction? Our Texas State Certified DWI Basic Education Program is here to support you. Designed as a standardized 12-hour course, it's approved by the Texas Department of State Health Services. Our curriculum covers essential topics including the social impact of DWI, legal aspects, alcohol's physical and psychological effects, problem drinking, and decision-making strategies to prevent future DWI incidents. Completion of this program is mandated by Texas law for those on probation following a first offense DWI conviction.

Texas Alcohol Education Program for Minors:

For underage drinking offenses, our Texas Alcohol Education Program for Minors (AEPM) provides the necessary education. Our instructors, certified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, conduct this six-hour program in two three-hour sessions over two days, as mandated by Texas law. Upon completion, participants receive an official Texas Certificate of Completion, meeting the requirements of Municipal, Justice, and other courts. Please note that online AEPM classes are not permissible in Texas.

At A L TURNER ACADEMIC INTERVENTION, we're committed to helping you navigate legal education requirements with professionalism and expertise. Trust us to guide you through these necessary programs.
