Driving Under the Influence Education Programs
Our driving under the influence (DUI) education programs are designed to help individuals who have been convicted of DUI offenses. We offer three programs: DWI Education Program (DWIE), DWI Intervention Program (DWII), and Drug Offender Education Program (DOEP).
The DWIE is for first-time offenders and consists of 12 hours of coursework over three consecutive days. It covers topics such as the effects of alcohol and drugs on driving, identifying personal drinking patterns, and developing a plan to prevent future DUI offenses.
For those convicted of two or more DUIs, we offer the DWII. This program is 32 hours long and spans over 7.5 weeks. It focuses on recognizing inappropriate drinking patterns, making responsible decisions about alcohol and drug use, and implementing a plan for behavioral change.
The DOEP is for individuals with current or previous drug convictions. This 15-hour program aims to increase awareness of the dangers of drug abuse, identify personal drug-use patterns, and develop a plan for positive lifestyle changes.
All of our programs are state-approved and must be completed in order to reinstate your driver's license. For more information or to view our class schedule, please click here.
