Welcome to Texas State DWI and Drug Education, where we offer top-notch classes and services certified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). If you're facing a DWI or drug-related charge, we provide comprehensive education programs to meet your needs and legal requirements.

For first-time DWI/DUI offenders, our DWI Education course, spanning 12 hours, offers essential insights into the consequences of impaired driving. Meanwhile, repeat or second-time offenders can benefit from our DWI-I Intervention course, a 32-hour program aimed at addressing recurring issues and promoting behavioral change. Additionally, we offer the DOEP (15-hour) course for those facing drug-related charges.

Beyond our core courses, we provide a range of supplementary services including DWI DUI Assessments, Evaluations, Victim Impact Panel Class, Alcohol Awareness, and Drug Awareness classes. Our experienced LCDC Counselors conduct adult Substance Use Assessments, widely accepted across most of the United States.

Looking to reinstate your driver's license? Our DWII-Intervention for Repeat Offenders, a 32-hour state-certified course, is designed to meet this requirement. This comprehensive program covers topics such as coping strategies, the effects of drugs and alcohol, family dynamics, treatment options, and more.

For first-time offenders, our DWIE-DWI Education course offers a condensed yet thorough 12-hour curriculum, focusing on alcohol and drug awareness as they relate to driving. Failure to complete this program within 180 days from the date probation was granted can result in license revocation.

At Texas State DWI and Drug Education, our mission is to equip individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to make better decisions and prevent future offenses. Whether you're seeking education, assessment, or support, our team is here to guide you through the process. Contact us today to learn more or register for our programs.
