DWI No More: Comprehensive DWI Classes
Our DWI classes, approved and accepted in all counties and states, are designed to meet the requirements set forth by Article 42.12, Section 13(h) of the Criminal Procedure Code. This mandates that individuals convicted of a first-offense DWI and seeking probation must attend and successfully complete a department-certified training program. Failure to complete the program within 80 days, unless an extension is granted, will result in the revocation of the offender's license, which cannot be reinstated until the program is finished.
The comprehensive DWI program spans 12 hours and aims to enhance participants' understanding of the effects of alcohol and drugs on driving behaviors. The course helps participants develop strategies to reduce the likelihood of future DWI incidents.
Requirements:
- Driver's license number
- Court-order paperwork
- Social Security number
- Case number
Schedule:
- Classes are held Monday to Friday
- Sessions run from 10 AM to 1 PM and 6 PM to 9 PM
- Classes are offered every 2 to 3 weeks
By attending our DWI No More program, participants will gain valuable insights and tools to foster safer driving habits and comply with court requirements, ensuring a path toward responsible behavior and legal compliance.
