My personal experiences have taught me that, despite the challenges from our early childhood and the influence they have on our lives, there is always hope and a path forward. These early experiences shape how we interact with the world and cope with life’s stresses, affecting even the partners we choose.

I understand that reaching out for help can be daunting and intimidating, especially when it involves opening up to someone new. My goal is to offer a relaxed, supportive environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your internal compass and embarking on your journey toward mental health and wellness.

I offer specialized support in areas including addiction, depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and relationship issues. I also provide evaluations for the Department of Transportation, court-ordered substance use evaluations, and VASAP assessments.
