We offer free, short-term counseling services to all employees through our onsite behavioral health counselor. This resource provides confidential support and guidance to help you navigate work and personal challenges. Our counselor can assist with utilizing our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and offer additional support beyond the EAP's services. They also provide valuable resources for management, such as consultation and training. In addition to individual counseling, our onsite counselor offers support during crises, conducts wellness seminars, and participates in company wellness initiatives.
