One of our key services is conducting Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program (ASAP) assessments, a state-mandated program designed to promote safe and responsible driving among individuals convicted of driving under the influence (DUI). Our ASAP assessments are thorough, using ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) criteria, and are conducted by Licensed Professional Counselors. The assessment process involves a comprehensive review of the participant's medical and driving history, substance use patterns, and psychological and social factors that may have contributed to the DUI offense. Based on these findings, a personalized treatment plan is developed, which may include education, counseling, and monitoring to address substance abuse and prevent future DUI offenses.

The primary goal of our ASAP assessments is to help individuals overcome substance abuse problems, make positive life changes, and ensure safer driving behaviors. Completing the ASAP program allows individuals to meet court requirements, avoid further legal consequences, and rebuild their lives after a DUI offense. Our assessments take 1.5 hours and cost $300, with a non-refundable $100 scheduling fee applied to the total cost. The remaining fee is due at the time of the assessment, and a 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
