At Community Intervention Group, we are committed to "helping today for a better tomorrow." We offer a supportive and caring environment that is both cozy and clinical, understanding that addressing mental health and substance use addiction can be intimidating and overwhelming. Our mission is to equip you with the necessary tools to face these challenges, ensuring you don't have to navigate this journey alone. Whether you're dealing with mental health issues, addiction, depression, or anxiety, we are here to help you achieve your goals and live a more fulfilling life. Our sessions are tailored to address your unique challenges, focusing on the root causes of your struggles and developing long-lasting strategies for success.

Our Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers ASAM Level 2.1 services for adults. This program includes strengths-based group sessions led by clinically trained team members, with groups meeting four times a week for a total of 12 hours of treatment. Participants receive psychiatric assessments, follow-up appointments, and random drug screenings, all while learning about addiction cycles, recovery planning, and holistic wellness.

For those needing a higher level of care, our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides ASAM Level 2.5 services. PHP groups meet for five hours, four times a week, totaling 20 hours of treatment. Like the IOP, the PHP focuses on addiction education, relapse prevention, and coping strategies, while also addressing mental health struggles that contribute to substance use. Both programs foster a supportive community, helping participants develop a strong support system and connect with resources for long-term sobriety.
