Progressive Measures Today offers a comprehensive range of therapeutic services designed to support individuals, couples, and groups in addressing various behavioral health challenges. Our services include adolescent therapy for individuals aged 13 and up, couples therapy, group therapy, and individual therapy, all tailored to meet specific mental health needs. We also provide substance abuse assessments and psycho-education groups for both families and individuals affected by substance use issues.
Therapy at Progressive Measures Today can be delivered individually or in small groups, depending on the nature of the issues being addressed. Group therapy, facilitated by trained clinicians such as psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and counselors, employs various treatments aimed at changing behaviors, thoughts, and emotions, and improving how individuals perceive and understand their situations.
Supportive services are an integral part of our approach, helping clients achieve their treatment goals.
