Dominion Outpatient Services

At Dominion Care, we are dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families aged 4 to 65+ in managing mental health and behavioral disorders. Our approach involves carefully matching you with the most appropriate therapist to foster a safe and comfortable environment for your healing journey. We are also proud to offer substance abuse services through our Sequoia Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), specifically designed for those facing substance use challenges.

The Sequoia IOP is an eight-week program meeting on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9 AM to 12 PM, available both in-person and virtually. Our program is tailored to individuals in various stages of change and recovery, whether fully committed to abstinence or still exploring their path. Serving adults 18+, our program is led by a team of experienced and credentialed professionals who collaborate to ensure comprehensive care, including individual, family, and medication management services. We also offer direct referrals for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and coordinate care with other providers.

At Sequoia IOP, our passionate team employs holistic, person-centered, and evidence-based approaches to help individuals address the root causes of substance use, facilitating healing and growth. Our program is built on the core values of RECOVERY, focusing on resilience, education, collaboration, and vigilant care. We emphasize the importance of self-awareness, mental health education, and practical interventions to ground individuals in their life experiences.
