Our team of clinicians is dedicated to working with you to set and achieve personal goals, whether it involves problem-solving, enhancing coping skills, or addressing unresolved issues. We offer a complimentary phone consultation and screening to ensure we’re the right fit for your needs. Collaboration with community partners is a cornerstone of our approach; if we are unable to provide the assistance you need, we will gladly refer you to another suitable provider or resource.
We specialize in Substance Abuse Services, including comprehensive substance abuse assessments designed to identify issues and set you on the path to recovery. Following the assessment, we provide outpatient individual or group therapy as needed, with a focus on helping you confront issues and adopt a healthier lifestyle. Our services are VASAP-approved and ASAM-certified.
Our #GearUp4Recovery program offers group therapy sessions twice a week, each lasting two hours. These groups are designed to support recovery from alcohol and drug use through a variety of techniques, including motivational interviewing, strength-based empowerment, psycho-education, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relapse prevention, and Seeking Safety. Participants will benefit from ongoing support from our clinical team and are encouraged to complement group therapy with one-on-one sessions for a more comprehensive approach to their recovery journey.
