Our comprehensive drug and alcohol services include a range of evaluations and educational programs designed to support individuals in meeting legal and personal requirements. We offer court-related DUI evaluations, DMV DUI driver's license reinstatement assessments, anger evaluations, and mental health evaluations. Each state or jurisdiction has specific minimum DUI/DWI hours that must be completed, which are determined through a comprehensive clinical evaluation. All proposed clinical and treatment recommendations are detailed in the final report. Please bring your court paperwork and know your date of violation(s) when you visit.

DUI/DWI Level I: This psycho-educational group is tailored for individuals convicted of driving under the influence (DUI/DWI) or those with a DUI/DWI amended to reckless driving. It also serves those needing drug and alcohol evaluations for out-of-state convictions to reinstate their licenses. The class educates offenders on the effects of alcohol and drugs on driving skills, helps them recognize their drinking or drug use patterns, and assists in developing plans to prevent future DUI/DWI behavior. Topics include alcohol/drug and traffic safety problems, DWI laws, effects on human performance, chemical dependency, symptoms, assistance sources, DWI costs, and decision-making.

DUI Level II: This course addresses the needs of clients with multiple alcohol or drug-related traffic offenses, meeting court-ordered requirements for repeat DUI/DWI offenses. Topics covered include drug and alcohol abuse, relapse prevention, effects on the mind and body, addiction mechanics, history and health issues of substance use, relevant laws, and resource options.

Underage Drinking Program: Designed for individuals aged 18-20 charged with alcohol-related offenses, this program includes an Education Class and short-term Alcohol and Drug Counseling. The Education Class offers an overview of common alcohol use problems, while the counseling sessions explore the reasons behind substance use, its consequences, and strategies for maintaining a positive lifestyle. Education classes are typically held in two, day-long weekend sessions, with counseling groups meeting weekly for two hours.
