Southside Behavioral Health is committed to providing immediate and accessible care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders through its Same Day Access service. This first-come, first-serve program is designed to ensure that those seeking help can receive it promptly, with minimal to no wait time. Understanding that life’s challenges can’t always be scheduled, Southside Behavioral Health keeps its doors open to those in need, offering timely support when it’s most critical.

Upon arrival, individuals undergo a comprehensive assessment conducted by one of Southside Behavioral Health's highly trained therapists. This assessment evaluates 15 areas of need, providing a complete picture of each individual's unique situation and current requirements. Based on the assessment, the clinical team develops a customized treatment plan that may include a combination of Individual Therapy, Case Management, and Peer Services. This tailored approach ensures that each person receives both individual and group support, as well as connections to essential community resources.

Southside Behavioral Health also offers outpatient therapy led by licensed clinicians who specialize in understanding the complex relationship between substance use and mental health. These professionals engage in in-depth discussions on various aspects of addiction, helping individuals identify causes, triggers, and other critical factors that influence their recovery journey. With a focus on personalized care and immediate access, Southside Behavioral Health is dedicated to guiding individuals towards successful, long-term recovery.
