Planning District One Behavioral Health Services has partnered with Frontier Health to provide a comprehensive range of services to enhance the quality of life for individuals in Lee, Scott, and Wise Counties, and the City of Norton. Their adult behavioral health services include mental health and substance abuse treatment, with a focus on same-day access appointments, outpatient services, case management, individual and family counseling, psychiatric services, and medication management.
Additionally, they offer integrated medical care services, psychosocial rehabilitation services, mental health skill-building services, and substance use disorder treatment, including individual and group counseling, medication-assisted treatment, peer recovery services, and recovery court programs. They also provide specialized services, such as occupational substance use disorder treatment and purchase of detoxification/residential treatment for substance use disorders.
Project LINK is a program designed to coordinate services for women and their children affected by substance abuse, providing assistance with acquiring needed services, entitlements, education, prevention, and supportive counseling.
