The Randolph Group, LLC, based in Richmond, Virginia, is led by a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner and Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor who brings extensive expertise to the field of mental health and addiction treatment. With a doctoral degree in Pastoral Community Counseling and a Master of Divinity Degree, I specialize in creating personalized therapy and treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
My clinical background is rooted in community mental health (CMH) agencies, where I gained valuable experience working with a diverse range of clients. I hold certifications as a Clinical Trauma Professional, Sex Offender Treatment Provider, and Master Addiction Counselor, enabling me to offer specialized care for substance use disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
In addition to these specialties, I am certified as a Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (DOT SAP) and a Nuclear Regulatory Commission Substance Abuse Expert (NRC SAE), providing expert evaluations in these areas.
