Our Substance Use Disorder services are dedicated to helping you reclaim your life from addiction. We provide a comprehensive range of supports, including counseling, case management, support groups, medication-assisted treatment, and medically supervised detoxification, all tailored to meet your individual needs. Our goal is to offer the tools and guidance necessary for a successful recovery journey.

In response to the opioid epidemic, particularly in the Fredericksburg area, we offer REVIVE! training, an essential program aimed at preventing opioid overdoses and saving lives.

For women impacted by Substance Use Disorders and Co-occurring Disorders, Project LINK offers specialized intervention, prevention, and case management services, focusing on pregnant and parenting women and those of childbearing age.

Our outpatient services are designed to support your ongoing recovery from Substance Use Disorder, recognizing that the path to wellness, though challenging, is achievable with the right support.

We also offer Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) to address the intense dependence and painful withdrawal symptoms associated with opioid use disorder. OBOT combines medication with therapy to reduce the high relapse rates associated with opioid addiction.

For those involved in the criminal justice system, our Drug Treatment Court provides an alternative to incarceration, offering substance abuse treatment to non-violent offenders, helping them break the cycle of addiction.

Lastly, at our Sunshine Lady House for Mental Health Wellness and Recovery, our trained staff offers medically supervised detoxification, ensuring safe withdrawal from substances such as alcohol, opioids, and benzodiazepines, setting the foundation for long-term recovery.
