Our Approach

Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to work with clients. CBT helps clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors, while DBT teaches skills like mindfulness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. We strive to meet each client where they are in their journey, recognizing their unique experiences and needs. By utilizing these approaches, we aim to provide clients with the tools and support needed to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
