Olympic Personal Growth provides a comprehensive range of services designed to support your journey to recovery with a personalized approach. Our initial step is a thorough drug and alcohol assessment, conducted in a one-on-one setting for approximately two hours. This assessment helps determine the severity of your addiction and tailor the most appropriate services for your needs. Following this, we offer individual therapy sessions where you work directly with your primary counselor to identify and address specific problems and goals. For those seeking additional support, extra sessions are available to tackle new or ongoing challenges.

Group therapy is another key component of our program, providing valuable interaction with others who are on a similar path to recovery. These sessions, which last between 2-3 hours, use evidence-based curriculums to enhance education, motivation, and overall recovery. The opportunity to connect with peers in a supportive environment helps strengthen your commitment to recovery.

Additionally, our peer support service connects you with others in recovery for community-based activities, such as classes, exercise, and support group meetings. Available 24/7, our peer support providers offer companionship and guidance as you navigate your recovery journey. At Olympic Personal Growth, our goal is to deliver a tailored service plan that addresses your unique needs and supports your path to a fulfilling life.
