At Columbia Wellness, we are dedicated to improving the quality of life for our patients through effective, compassionate care. We prioritize positive outcomes and embrace change with accountability. Our Mental Health services include outpatient individual counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and outpatient group counseling. Additionally, we provide psychiatric medication management to support mental health recovery.
For Substance Use Disorders, we offer a comprehensive suite of outpatient and intensive outpatient treatments. This includes co-occurring treatment for those facing both mental health and substance use challenges, group treatment, and life skills group sessions. We also conduct inpatient assessments and referrals, substance use disorder assessments, and provide naloxone nasal spray to reduce the risk of opioid overdose.
Furthermore, we perform DUI and Department of Licensing assessments, cater to Oregon State Level Programs, and offer deferred prosecution options. At Columbia Wellness, our diverse services ensure personalized care, empowering our clients to achieve their recovery goals and lead fulfilling lives.
